Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Michelle moved to Florida to care for her ailing mother. Throughout her 16 years in Florida, she has worked for USAA (Homeowners Insurance), Bank of America (Personal Banker) and has also flipped houses. When she was laid off in 2019, she decided to go into Real Estate, for which her family and friends always said she had a knack.
Michelle now works in Florida (Hillsborough, Pasco and surrounding areas) as a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist.
She loves working with people, and she uses her interpersonal skills and business knowledge daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers.

Mark Hughes has been an active real estate professional in the greater Tampa area since 2018. Mark started his career with Century 21 as an esteemed agent and has evolved into a leader of one of the largest growing real estate teams at Preferred Real Estate Services.
Mark has trained under some of the most knowledgeable coaches and mentors in the real estate industry. He is a strong believer in continuing education and sharing his knowledge by mentoring the agents on his team, as well as agents in the industry, through offering consistent training opportunities and sharing through speaking events across the country.

Sales Associate Darrius Albury-Williams
Born and raised in Miami, Florida with inherited Bahamian roots, Mr. Albury-Williams parents taught him the value of commitment, collaboration and the entrepreneurial spirit.
Graduating high school with more than 2000 hours of community service and the recipient of the infamous Orange Bowl 2012 student-athlete award, paved my way to develop and enhance my God given talents.
Business and commercial development, in the most creative forms has always peeked my interest. Engaging and empowering others, has always been the denominator in my quest to learn more and at the same time assist others. At an early age, I have been involved in all types of business management and marketing projects. From selling on the weekends at flea markets or coordinating motor coach charter events for community, academic and social organizations and/or directing church activities- the experience has prepared me for the next chapter in my life. Most importantly, I understand that creativity and education are important tools in any industry.
I am a proud graduate of a Historical Black College and University (FAMU) with a degree in Business Management. I am excited to embark on a career in the Real Estate industry. My goal is to focus on the “under 30” market and provide the tools needed to this group of millennials as they take the reigns in guiding our communities. Imagine, home ownership and/or commercial acquisition for business development by age 30, WOW! As a I move forward on this career path, my goal in the Real Estate Industry is to help individuals connect the dots and understand that ownership is an investment in themselves and their families.
