T. M. Stargell is the Co-Founder and Director of Appraisal Affairs over the newly established Mid-Atlantic Division. She has been with the company for 16 years and has been an integral part of the training, establishing company standards, and implementing systems and tools for operations.

She is involved in the oversight of all the daily operations including the reviewing, training, evaluation, and production of trainee and staff appraisers in the division. She performs reviews of independent fee appraisers outside of the firm for asset management companies to scrutinize for compliance issues and /or violations of USPAP.

Appraiser Trainee Position Announcement

If you are looking forward to a career performing professional real estate appraisals, this is the ground-level opportunity you are looking for. You will have an opportunity to get your required hours coupled with gaining experience as well as using tools and software to create accurate and timely valuations. You will supply front and back end assistance to the appraisal team at Preferred Real Estate Services, Inc. in Sussex County, DE, with duties that include but are not limited to, traveling to supervised appraisal locations and assisting with data gathering to complete appraisal reports. Applicants must have completed or in the process of completing 75 tested hours of approved course hours to include 15 hours USPAP. This is a part-time 1099 position.
